The Planning & Zoning Commission recorded the following formal actions during the meeting:
- Approval of minutes for the January 27 meeting: motion made by Commissioner (SEG 172) with a second from the staff member (SEG 174); motion carried unanimously.
- Recommendation to Town Council on Comprehensive Plan Amendment (case 26, CPA 1): motion made by the staff member (SEG 1076) and seconded by a commissioner (SEG 1078); vote was unanimous.
