Montgomery conservation commissioners plan to attend Oct. flood-resilience and AVCC meetings

The Regional AVCC Meeting in Hardwick is scheduled for Oct. 11, 2025; Kip Potter and Marielle Ambroch plan to attend, and Cliff Loos had expressed interest in participating.
Commissioners said they expect information from those meetings to inform planning for the Town Land and Town Forest, including potential assistance from FCNRCD on long-term management. No formal decisions were made at the Oct. 1 meeting about binding commitments; the items were recorded as planned attendance and a source of forthcoming information.
