District reports progress on prior committee requests: website update, deferred maintenance plan, and documentation

Staff updated the committee on follow-up items from the Sept. 18, 2024 meeting. Jessica reported the district will present an updated bond section on its website at the next meeting and that Measure O expenditures should be fully allocated by the end of the 2024–2025 fiscal year.
Jessica also said a deferred maintenance plan is being prepared and that the district provided site construction maps and safety flyers in response to Betty Alves' earlier request. The committee reiterated interest in more visual reporting and site tours to monitor progress.
