Betty Alves moved the nomination (transcript lists 'Berry Alves' but the committee roster shows Betty Alves), which Naripjeet Josan seconded; that motion also passed 4-0. The committee subsequently approved the meeting agenda and the written minutes by unanimous 4-0 votes before moving to substantive budget and project items.
