Staff (Tim) told the board they could conduct evaluations of all senior centers and confirmed that the motion Commissioner Powell outlined would require centers to meet performance measures by 2027 or revert to earlier funding levels.
Commissioners discussed a secondary, targeted PAYGO motion to shift funds to the Oak Lawn center by reallocating transit dollars, and asked staff to provide fiscal notes and the detailed motions so they can consider formal votes at budget adoption next week.
