During the Feb. 13 special meeting, trustees asked Auditor Robert St. Pierre to prepare written purchase-order procedures, including emergency purchase-order guidance that he had distributed as handouts. The board did not take a formal vote to adopt procedures during the session but directed the auditor to return a draft for consideration at the next meeting.
Mayor Scott Wilkerson moved to adjourn at 5:37 p.m.; Trustee Linda Dixon seconded. A roll-call vote recorded Tom Schafer yes, Jim McClure yes, Don Martin yes, Linda Dixon yes and Scott Wilkerson yes. The motion carried and the meeting was adjourned. The meeting notice and agenda were posted at the Town Hall on Feb. 10, 2026, and the minutes were recorded/typed by Laura Poteet.
