Montgomery County 9-1-1 director to retire in December after decades of service

Council members and staff thanked Onley for her service and emphasized that her departure will require careful succession planning because of her deep institutional knowledge. The committee said it expects staff to bring a staffing-update package and transition plan in December before Onley's departure.
