President Koleski said he and Trustee Stuckert met with consultant Vandewalle to request an approach aimed at achieving 50% community engagement for the Downtown Comprehensive Master Plan.
Village Manager Harrigan updated trustees on an ongoing trustee email access disruption, saying the issue was expected to be fixed within a week and offering three interim alternatives. President Koleski also reported meeting with the assessor to review valuations ahead of Board of Review proceedings and asked the assessor to prepare a consistent communication document trustees can use to explain assessment changes to residents. Trustees were asked to reconvene the Ad‑hoc Pathway Committee to discuss future pathway projects following two projects completed in the current year.
