"They wanted to stage their vehicles the 17th to the 21st... but Cog Wild will need City Hall from the 19th to the 21st," Nicole said, summarizing the scheduling conflict. Council asked staff to follow up with Oak Ridge about Westridge School parking and to work with event organizers to avoid interference with private property and other scheduled uses.
