Robert Archer presented the February 2026 water and wastewater report to the council, reporting higher water volumes year‑over‑year and stable wastewater operation.
Archer said total water for February was 794,200 gallons (averaging about 28,364 gallons per day), compared with 502,800 gallons the prior year for the same period. Wastewater totaled 131,508 gallons (about 4,697 gpd). Archer said the plant has no current operational problems and that a DEQ‑approved plan sets out upcoming projects.
Councilors had no questions beyond staff coordination on near‑term projects at the wastewater plant, including root intrusion clean‑out efforts and small capital work to restore system function. Archer and staff plan to proceed with approved DEQ steps and scheduled maintenance.
