Bobby Arthur, the city's water and wastewater operator, presented the December 2025 monthly report: the potable water system recorded 842,900 total gallons (average 27,190 gallons per day) and wastewater totals were 114,063 gallons for the month (average 3,697 gallons per day). The month recorded 8.6 inches of rain.
Arthur told the council that a pump requires a temporary manual override since a breaker likely tripped during a recent power outage; he recommended arranging another service visit to inspect and correct the issue. "We had a total gallons of 842,900... We averaged 27,190 per day... 8.6 inches of rain," Arthur reported, and later added that a certain pump is being operated manually until a technician can attend.
Arthur said the wastewater system had material removed from the septic system and overall operations are functioning; he requested a follow-up visit from technician Max to check system settings. Council thanked Arthur for the report and had no further questions.
