Fisher Park plaque installed; council agrees to add plexiglass protection; Covered Bridge IGA under review

City Administrator Max Baker said an Oregon memorial plaque was installed at Fisher Park on the west side of the restroom facility and that staff had considered protective plexiglass during installation; after discussion with Council President Jimmy Murray, council agreed it would be prudent to install plexiglass protection after weekend events.
Baker also reported the Covered Bridge intergovernmental agreement was still under review with contract personnel and that staff were working on a memorandum of understanding with Lane County to cover services such as street sweeping, catch basin cleaning and street striping.
