County: conditional-use permit for proposed RV dump will await final UDOT watermark and plan sign-off

Kent (presenter) and commission staff agreed that once UDOT stamps/watermarks final plans indicating UDOT's acceptance of signage and other comments, the county could move forward with issuing the permit. "Once UDOT says, yes. We're okay with this, then I think you can go ahead and issue the conditional use permit," Kent said.
