Daggett County approves local-authority consent for PRCA rodeo alcohol sales

The consent covers sales authorized by the Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services for the PRCA rodeo. Commissioners also discussed compliance with state ABC rules and noted a statutory limit on sales packaging; staff said they would provide the ABC requirements to event organizers.
The approval resolves the permitting requirement for alcohol sales at the scheduled event, and organizers will proceed with the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services filings.
