At the same meeting, council approved street material bids from BPI with unit prices of $81.00/ton for BS1 (hot mix, picked up), $87.00/ton for BS2 (machine laid), $3.30/sq yd for asphalt milling (BS3), and $2.45/sq yd for chip seal (BS4). No bids were received for BS5 or BS6. Staff will proceed with contracting and schedule work based on the awarded bid.
