Portal Park manager asks council for better equipment, signage and drainage work

Dresser outlined upcoming events — a disco event and a larger weekend event — and confirmed coordination is underway with event organizers. The council asked staff to follow up on mower storage/security, signage procurement, and drainage scheduling.
