Land use director Eric Bingham presented certified amendments to several sections of the 2015 zoning resolution and asked the board to certify the changes following a 45‑day notice period under the Wyoming Administrative Procedures Act.
"These several different sections were amended because we had to make some clarification language to the definition of single‑family dwelling attached, detached so that, we a little more clarification since we did reduce down the size of lots," Bingham said, explaining that clarifying definitions was necessary after prior adjustments to lot size. No public comments were received during the 45‑day notice period; the board certified and adopted the resolution unanimously.
