Holly Road subdivision awaits NPDES, stormwater and traffic reviews; other submittal deadlines noted

The Holly Road Subdivision remains incomplete in the Agency's review due to outstanding technical items. Pennoni Engineering is reviewing the Sewer Planning Module Component 4a; the Agency is awaiting a formal review letter. Staff reported that final plan revisions are pending to resolve an NPDES permit, stormwater calculations and traffic concerns before the Agency can complete its review.
Staff also reviewed other submittal deadlines: 650 Englesville Road (Madison Walk) is awaiting a final plan submittal; 749 Congo Road retains Preliminary Plan approval granted Sept. 23, 2024 (effective for five years from that date); and 115 W. Moyer Road has a 90‑day extension in place that sets the next deadline at March 22, 2025. Agency members noted the potential for a second submittal for 115 W. Moyer Road as soon as the following month.
