Manager Andrew Duncan reported that Planning Agency member Joan DiCicco will move out of state and tendered her resignation; the board accepted it (motion by Sara Carpenter, second by Don Bergstresser). Duncan also reported that elected Auditor Rebecca Zern submitted her resignation after not running for re‑election; the board accepted the resignation (motion by Bergstresser, second by Stouch). Solicitor Wendy McKenna clarified that an appointment to fill an elected auditor vacancy must be made within 30 days of the resignation.
The board encouraged anyone interested in the open Planning Agency or auditor positions to submit a letter of interest to Manager Duncan. No appointments were made at the Nov. 4 meeting.
