Staff reported the Holly Road Subdivision is awaiting final plan revisions tied to an NPDES permit, stormwater calculations and traffic concerns. The 650 Englesville Road project (Madison Walk) is awaiting a final plan submittal and clarification on phasing. The agency also recorded that 749 Congo Road received preliminary plan approval on Sept. 23, 2024; that approval carries a five‑year approval term.
