The Agency then reviewed the Dec. 12, 2024 minutes; Sara Carpenter moved and Joe Richardson seconded a recommendation of approval. The motion passed with one abstention from new member Jessica Gisinger‑Doran.
The affirmed leadership will preside over upcoming agenda items, including multiple subdivision reviews and a zoning workshop scheduled for Feb. 13, 2025. The meeting was turned over to Chairman Reitz following the reorganization vote; the reorganization motion was recorded as passed.
