Douglass Township staff held a meeting on Dec. 11, 2024 to review Pennoni Engineering's preliminary plan review for 115 W. Moyer Road (applicant: Terralead, LLC). Manager Andrew Duncan told the Planning Agency a waiver request letter is expected and that a second preliminary plan submission is anticipated for the February 2025 meeting.
At the Dec. 12 meeting, Mike Heydt moved and Ed Reitz seconded a recommendation to grant a 90‑day extension for the 115 W. Moyer Road subdivision plan. The roll call vote was Richardson-Aye, Heydt-Aye, Reitz-Aye, and Stouch-Aye; the motion passed. The extension is intended to permit the applicant to submit required materials and any waiver documentation for further agency review.
