The board approved that release (motion by Chairman Stouch, second by Vice‑Chair Carpenter).
Separately, the board approved Final Escrow Release #11 for DelGrippo's Stafy Tract Phase I for $9,126.40 and Final Escrow Release #7 for Stafy Tract Phase II for $76,075.90; Engineer Hassan noted maintenance bonds are in place for both final releases. Solicitor Wendy McKenna presented Resolution No. 11042024‑01 to accept dedication of roads and rights‑of‑way in Stafy I and II; the board adopted the resolution by unanimous vote.
