County public trustee reports rise in deeds of trust and recent foreclosures

Elliott thanked staff for managing a heavy workload, noting staff shortages over recent months. Commissioners moved and accepted the quarterly report by roll call. Elliott also described two foreclosures that were cured in 2026 and said she will continue to provide documentation to affected local entities when timing errors occur.
