At 205 Dial Lane, Amanda Daley asked for a 48-inch split-rail fence with an added wire backing to keep pets and local wildlife out; commissioners discussed compatibility, potential precedent and whether the existing on-site fence predated nearby development. Commissioner Brock said the requested design was distinguishable from prior cases and supported approval. Both waivers passed on recorded votes.
