Commissioners and residents cautioned about contract differences (single‑family homeowners versus county‑contracted multifamily/coastal providers) and potential cost impacts when haulers update equipment; staff said the immediate request is drafting direction only and that enforcement and cost implications would be evaluated with providers. The commission also asked the village to consider funding labels for single‑family households if needed to avoid passing small costs to residents.
