"All director positions now have 5 year performance metrics, including measurable metrics," Shakti said, describing how the metrics will be integrated into the village's UKG HR system so review screens pull measurable items during evaluations. She said project templates have been created for public arts, Treasure Island reconstruction and public works moves and offered one‑on‑one training for new project managers.
Village Manager Frank said staff will evaluate the tool and coordinate training with the new project management hires. Commissioners welcomed the plug‑and‑play approach and urged staff to ensure the metrics remain actionable and tied to project outcomes. The mayor said the system should make performance expectations transparent and consistent across departments.
