Board members discussed specific trade-offs. Chair (S1) asked whether principals are trained and whether the district can produce a template; staff said they will have Colleen with ODS help create a template and that Tigers on Track can provide middle- and high-school course-pass data. The board did not adopt a final numeric target at the meeting but directed staff to return with measurable proposals and a reporting dashboard.
