Morgan County adopts updated Emergency Operations Plan, to be reviewed every four years

Director Amanda Proctor presented the Morgan County Emergency Operations Plan update, describing the plan’s role in assigning responsibilities for emergency support functions and guiding the county’s disaster response, mitigation, recovery, and preparedness work.
