"The unpaid bills as of November 18th, 2024 amount to $398,766.79," Ms. O'Donnell stated. Board members had no questions and voted by roll call to authorize payment.
The motion passed unanimously (Bergstresser, Stouch, Carpenter voting aye). The action clears current payables and ensures vendor obligations and operating accounts are settled ahead of year-end close.
