During the roll call, Council McKinney, Councilman DeGlozio and Councilman Veroni voted in favor, and Mayor Donovan voted yes; Councilman Logan said he would abstain because he “wasn’t up here.” The motion to adopt carried with the recorded abstention. The ordinance funds several infrastructure projects, some of which the council said are partially covered by a DDOT grant.
Council discussed financing uses and how matching funds would be applied; staff confirmed the projects include drainage improvements and landscaping connected to grants and roof replacement for a borough building.
