The presenter showed how to add projects, set priority, select funding sources (CIB or UIP), and explained that listing a project on the CIB list by May 1 makes the municipality eligible to apply in upcoming funding cycles.
The presenter walked through entering a test project, selecting program year (for example, 2027), and how an existing project can be edited and reprioritized. "If you're on the list by May 1, you're eligible to apply in June or October '26 or February '27," the presenter said. Staff offered to create portal accounts for council and staff and to assist with adding the city's projects before the deadline.
