Respondent Sergio Rodriguez-Perez provided sworn testimony and was represented by counsel Donald "Butch" Williams. The ALJ also ordered a status check hearing to be scheduled seven months from the date of the hearing and directed minimal fines and assessment of Board fees and costs.
