Mathis in violation of Allegations 17 and 18 as to joint responsibility and certain-persons-prohibited and permanently banned both individuals; those two were found jointly and severally liable for Board fees and costs. The ALJ bifurcated Allegation Nos. 17 and 18 as to respondent William Berger and reserved argument for final judgment; the Berger matter was continued to August 5, 2026.
The Board entered final judgment on the record May 6; the ALJ's order included fines, revocation and permanent bans for specified individuals. Further proceedings on the remaining issues for William Berger will be scheduled by the Board.
