Administrative Law Judge Richard Scotti continued the disciplinary matter involving GVS Construction, LLC to a status check on August 5, 2026 after parties reported settlement documents had been executed.
Board Counsel Jack Juan told the ALJ the hearing was on a status check about settlement discussions. Homeowner counsel Kurt Faux said the settlement includes specific performance dates and that "the matter is expected to be resolved" if those obligations are met by the stated deadlines. Respondent counsel Stephen Hackett requested additional time to allow performance of the settlement obligations; by agreement the ALJ set the August 5 date and the Board will notice the continued status check.
No formal fines or revocations were issued at the May 6 hearing; the continuance preserves the Board's ability to revisit the matter if settlement obligations are not met. The settlement identifies performance deadlines of June 1, 2026 and July 29, 2026; the Board will return to the matter at the August 5 status check.
