County staff reported that Planning & Zoning has identified about 10 properties that may be out of compliance with local codes. "PNZ has identified about 10 properties that may be out of compliance," staff member Lorinda Isaacson told the commission, adding that the sheriff's office took preliminary photos and that staff will review the cases this week.
Isaacson said the county will send letters to property owners to notify them of potential violations and provide 30 days to bring properties into compliance. The county did not identify the properties by parcel in public remarks; staff said the process is at the preliminary-notice stage.
