County staff reported that the Dutch John Airport Preservation Project has been advertised and contract documents have been routed through a DocuSign workflow for signature. "You should be getting or have gotten a DocuSign for the Dutch John Airport," staff member Brett Reynolds said, and he asked staff to check routing so the county gets the document signed.
Reynolds said the project is currently out for bids and that "the bids are due in 3 weeks" with a scheduled opening thereafter to evaluate proposals. He asked staff to ensure the signature routing is completed and indicated the county will proceed with bid opening and next procurement steps when proposals are received.
