Board approves bills and payroll for General Fund and Emergency Services fund

The Glen Arbor Township board approved payments and payroll for both the General Fund and Emergency Services Fund during its July 21 meeting. Trustee Bob Hawley moved and Trustee John DePuy supported approval of General Fund bills totaling $33,081.42 and June payroll of $22,677.29; the motion carried unanimously. Separately, the board approved Emergency Services bills totaling $347,872.62 and June payroll of $116,785.12 on a motion by Hawley and support by DePuy; that motion also carried unanimously.
Treasurer Don Lewis presented cash-on-hand balances as of June 30, 2026, including a General Fund balance of $1,045,847.15 and an Emergency Services Fund balance of $2,503,435.23. The Emergency Services Advisory Commission had recommended payment of unpaid checks and payroll before the board approved the expenditures.
