Oklahoma Corporation Commission approves remaining daily signing agenda orders

Chairman Kim David called the Oklahoma Corporation Commission to order at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 18, 2026, in the Concourse Theater at the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building in Oklahoma City. The meeting was conducted in accordance with the Open Meeting Act and an amended notice and agenda were posted at 12:50 p.m. on Feb. 17, 2026.
Garey L. Wortham, Commission Secretary, presented the daily signing agenda and said Commission staff requested that the proposed orders for Case Nos. CD2026-000050 and CD2026-000170 be stricken. After that request, the Commissioners approved the remaining proposed orders on the daily signing agenda. The minutes record that the remaining proposed orders were unanimously approved.
