ALJ continues motions in OG&E generation preapproval docket under advisement

The ALJ announced these filings had been set for consideration before the ALJ and continued the motions to the reconvened session.
When the meeting reconvened at 10:00 a.m. with Commissioners J. Todd Hiett and Brian Bingman present, ALJ Ortel continued consideration of the listed motions. According to the minutes, the ALJ took all pending motions under advisement immediately prior to noon; Commissioner Bingman left at that time and the quorum was lost. The minutes record no vote or final Commission action on the OG&E filings.
