Administrative Law Judge Carly Ortel opened the record at a special meeting of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission on Feb. 5, 2026, to consider a Joint Motion for Partial Summary Judgment for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction, a Motion for Limited Intervention, and a Motion to Intervene filed in Case No. PUD2025-000064, the application of Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO) for Commission preapproval of the acquisition and cost recovery of generation facilities under OAC 165:35-25-3(e). The ALJ recessed the initial session at 8:32 a.m. and announced the matters would proceed when the meeting reconvened at 10:00 a.m.
When the meeting reconvened at 10:00 a.m., Commissioners J. Todd Hiett and Brian Bingman were present and the ALJ continued consideration of the listed motions.
