At the Feb. 11 board meeting, Business Manager Mike Moha reviewed district financials and reported water damage to one of the portable classrooms. Moha said the estimated repair cost is $64,000, with approximately $32,000 to be paid by the district and the remaining amount covered by insurance; he said the portable should be back in use in about three weeks.
Moha also referenced typical spending patterns and interest-free loans in the finance materials provided to the board. Director Mark Simonsen reviewed the financial records for the month as part of the report; no additional budget action was taken at the meeting.
