Applicant Brian Walsh said engineers approved revised plans and that the latest drawings set the excavation 300 feet from a nearby kettle bog. Walsh noted the plan already addresses concerns about a common nighthawk and a turtle species.
Conservation Commission representative Linda Medeiros said the commission was comfortable with a continuance while additional materials are gathered. The applicant asked whether the board would consider conditional approval contingent on receiving the final engineering letter; the board opted to continue the hearing to July 22 and requested that all updated materials be submitted by July 1 to be included in the July 22 packet. The board emphasized that state AOT and stormwater prevention plans remain part of the permitting sequence after town review.
