The Commission approved the May 11, 2026 meeting minutes after a motion by Commissioner Kerryn Hullstrung and a second from Commissioner Dylan Alden; the minutes record that the motion was approved with Charlie Townsend and Kit Morgan abstaining. Commissioners also agreed to review the Commission's bylaws, which have not been revised in many years, and to consider changes before the July meeting.

Commissioners noted upcoming engagements including a June 12 White Lake field trip (10 a.m.–3 p.m.), a Cook Memorial Library celebration on June 20 (12 p.m.–2 p.m.), a BioBlitz scheduled for June 22–29, and a June 23 Burgers, Brews & Beats fundraiser supporting local recreation programs. The meeting adjourned at 9:46 p.m.
