Council approves final change order, reduces retainage and authorizes final payment for sewer project

On a motion by Jeff Tice, seconded by Mike Handly, the council approved the change order and the Certificate of Final Completion (7–0).
Council then authorized the Mayor to execute the Certificate of Final Completion, reduced retainage to 0%, and approved final payment to Infrastructure Solutions, LLC in the amount of $138,948.88 (motion by Jeff Tice, second Kathy Ayers), also carried 7–0. The actions complete the contract closeout steps recorded in the meeting minutes.
Council instructed staff to process final payment and file closeout documentation with the project records.
