Board approves direct hire of assessment specialist, property surplus declaration and temporary Public Works signature delegations

Public Works: Staff requested temporary signature authority be delegated to Justin Throne (Planning) and Brian Pison (Public Works) while the department head is unavailable from July 31 through August 11. The board approved the temporary delegation.
Support letters: The board also authorized signing support letters for grant applications including the Klamath and Lake County Council on Aging and the Healthy Homes program.
