Osage City Council adopts amended agenda, approves consent items

The amended agenda passed 7–0. Later, the council approved the consent agenda, with a motion by Council Member Susan Smith and second by Council Member Kathy Ayers, also carried 7–0. The meeting proceeded to scheduled business following these approvals.
