Residents raise pothole, trailer and zoning questions during public comment

Administrator Peter Them said recreational-vehicle ordinances are being updated with completion hoped for by year-end; Law Director John Studenmund offered to visit the property.
Resident Charles Comstock asked what zoning changes are planned for 65 South Mill Street; Mayor Jarvis said that matter would be addressed later in the meeting. Council did not take immediate enforcement action during public comment; staff and legal counsel offered follow-up visits and ordinance updates.
