Both waivers passed on 7-0 roll-call votes and Little’s motion to adopt followed; the roll-call adoption was 7-0.
During discussion Mr. Little described the ordinance as covering "housekeeping salary adjustments" and the allocation of street monies for cold patch, and emphasized that funding for sludge removal was not included in this amendment and will be addressed in 2026.
