Supervisor Beers also moved to approve a change order from KH Electric (letter dated July 7, 2026; ELA recommendation dated July 7, 2026) that increases the contract by $1,524.24 for a new total of $125,499.24. That motion likewise passed 3-2 (Hershey and Andrews opposed).
EDA/ELA engineering review and pre-construction coordination centered on ADA accessibility revisions and stormwater modifications; the Board voted along similar lines on both contract adjustments.
